Commissions

Commissions open and close throughout the year, so always check my VGen page for the current status and to request a slot. Requests are accepted through VGen, Ko-fi or Discord; a clear reference sheet is required, and submitting a request means you agree to the Terms of Service below. All work is digital, no physical item is involved.

Terms of Service

Submitting a commission request means you have read and agree to all of the terms below. You also understand that no physical item is associated with the transaction, delivery is digital only.

Payment

  • All payments through PayPal Invoice or Ko-fi only, in USD.
  • I initiate every transaction, please wait for my payment request.
  • The client covers any currency-conversion fees.
  • Payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice; otherwise the order is cancelled.
  • 100% upfront is preferred. Phased payment is allowed for projects of $1,500+, with final files withheld until fully paid.
  • Repeated non-payment leads to blacklisting.

Workflow & Delivery

  • A timeline is provided after acceptance, based on the current queue.
  • Work begins 2 days after payment is received, with a Discord confirmation.
  • WIP updates are shared every 2 weeks and on demand at any time.
  • Final files are delivered via Discord.
  • A clear reference sheet is required for all commissions.

Revisions

  • Up to two significant revisions during the drafting phase.
  • Minor adjustments are accommodated after drafting.
  • Character/subject changes, extra outfits or hairstyles, and complex designs not in the original summary incur additional fees.
  • VTuber cutting revisions requested by the rigger are free.

Rights & Usage

  • I retain full commercial rights unless they are purchased separately (+30-80% of the price).
  • I may sign/watermark and showcase completed work in my galleries and social media.
  • You may display the artwork elsewhere with proper, visible credit linking back to me.
  • Use for AI training or similar applications is strictly prohibited.

Content I Won’t Draw

  • Furry art, heavy mecha, elderly characters, fetish content, hateful material, or anything that causes discomfort.
  • If you’re unsure whether a theme is okay, please ask first.
  • I reserve the right to decline any project or client without explanation.

Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Before work starts: 80% refund if you cancel, 90% if I cancel.
  • After work begins: up to 60% if you cancel (based on progress), 80% if I cancel.
  • Chargebacks are prohibited without my prior approval.
  • An intentional chargeback leads to immediate blacklisting across associated emails and PayPal/Ko-fi accounts.

Turnaround & Rush

  • Standard artwork: 1-2 months.
  • VTuber models/artwork: 3-6 months.
  • Rush orders add 20-80% depending on complexity and timeframe.

NDA & Files

  • An NDA can be requested when ordering (fee from $100 to $500 depending on project size).
  • An NDA prevents sharing WIPs on social media or streaming the process.
  • Default canvas is 3500×4500 px at 350 DPI; custom sizes negotiable.
  • The client must respect that my artistic style remains unaltered.
